Important Update from Protractor
The performance issue affecting some Protractor customers has improved, and the system is currently functioning normally. Our teams are continuing to closely monitor the issue to ensure performance remains stable.
We understand that these recent performance issues have impacted your business and caused a great deal of frustration. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and recognize how important reliable system performance is to your day-to-day operations.
Some of these recent issues have stemmed from partners overusing our API connections, which can negatively impact overall system performance. We are actively addressing this behavior, and in some cases, partners have been restricted from accessing the API as part of our efforts to protect system stability and performance for all Protractor users.

We are currently experiencing a product performance issue affecting some Protractor users, resulting in slow system performance. We’re actively investigating and working on a resolution. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s resolved.
