We are currently experiencing a product performance interruption impacting some Protractor users. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s resolved.

As part of our mitigation efforts, we will be restarting some databases at 3:30 PM ET. We recommend that all users restart Protractor prior to that time to ensure any open work orders are saved. If you are on an impacted database, Protractor may be unavailable for a short period of time.

We’ll provide an update on this issue no later than 5:00 PM ET. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow here.
