360 Payments Terminal Issue

The service disruption with our primary payments partner, 360 Payments, affecting some accounts using surcharging capabilities has been resolved.
Both card present and not card present transactions are now functioning normally, and all payment methods are operating as expected. 360 Payments is communicating directly with affected accounts.

Our primary payments partner, 360 Payments, is continuing to experience a service disruption affecting some user accounts using surcharging capabilities. At this time, only card present transactions are affected. Affected accounts should use card not present methods of taking payments (such as the 360 Payments gateway or Text-to-Pay) until this issue is resolved.
We’ll provide an update on this issue no later than today, April 30, at 5:00 pm ET.
