Important Update from Protractor
This issue was resolved as of 8:05 PM EST on March 31st. Unfortunately, our status page did not update correctly at that time, which may have caused confusion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have created.
Protractor is back online but we are continuing to monitor and investigate.
We’re currently experiencing a performance issue affecting Protractor for some users. Those users are experiencing an error such as ‘Cannot Determine Version Requirement’ We’re actively investigating and working on a resolution. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s resolved.
We’ll provide an update on this issue no later than today, March 31st at 11pm ET. Meanwhile, you can check our status page for live service updates: https://status.protractorsoftware.com
