The Protractor Support Chat service, LiveHelp, has been restored and is now functioning normally for all users.

The Protractor Support Chat Service - LiveHelp is currently experiencing performance interruptions. LiveHelp has confirmed there is an issue affecting the service, and we are working with them to resolve it as quickly as possible.
