We are currently experiencing a product performance interruption that is affecting some users. Please note that at 9:30AM EST we will complete a service restart to help address the issue that is affecting some of our users. For a brief period of time, the system will be inaccessible while it reboots, and you will need to save/close all open work orders prior to this restart. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s resolved and the program is functioning normally for all users.
