The issue with Common Reports is now resolved with the version number ending in #1.0.25.19313.

The integrated payments issue affecting some users has been resolved please follow these steps: 
Update to the newest release of 1.0.25.19311 by exiting out of the software, and double clicking on the Protractor Desktop icon to restart and update to this version.
Please note that if you have a pinned Protractor icon in your Windows Task Bar, please delete this pin first and then restart the application.
In addition, your common reports will still be available by clicking on “All Reports” and we will implement a fix this evening to restore access under the Common Report tab.
