Protractor is aware of an issue with Microsoft based email accounts such as Live, Hotmail, and Outlook.

We are investigating to determine if this is related to changes in Microsoft’s security or permissions policies. At this time, we recommend using an alternative email account from a provider like Gmail, or exporting documents to PDF then emailing directly out of your email client.

Export to PDF is an option in the main ribbon of most screens such as Work Orders, Receivable, Reporting, and more.
